SASSA Will Take Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies for the community.

SASSA is going to be rendering providers such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency claimed it is alarmed with regards to the high number of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The purpose of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is read more to reach-out to the superior quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This really is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no totally functional office dedicated to service the area every day. The provider position produced for intervention ordeals a large inflow of opportunity beneficiaries, which makes it hard for sassa status that office to attend to all people who stop by a service point.
